Versa with Galaxy Note 8?

Just wondering if anyone is successfully using the Versa with a Note 8 since it's not on the list of supported devices.

I have s8+. I am having problem setting times for 3rd shift life. It doesn't allow that time entry.

Galaxy Note 8. I did a factory rest on the watch and now get the notifications. In doing so I lost the music I loaded and now it wont connect to my laptop so I can reload music.

I have those things. My problem now is I can't adjust times to a note shift life. It will not take 10 PM to 6 am!

Yeah so I've had enough of this at this point. No notifications, no sync, no nothing. I'll do one more reset but if it's not working after that it's getting shipped back. $300 and the majority of the features don't work... Meh. Back to my blaze I guess.

I have the versa and a Samsung note 8. I was trying to down load the Fitbit app and is saying that is not supported. Do you have any tips?

I ended up going in to a Verizon store and he got it started. But make sure you have done all updates.

I didn't have a problem with the app, but I already had the app loaded for my Charge 2.  I just had to change tje device that was connected. Sorry.

I ended up doing a FACTORY reset on the watch, not just a restart. Also, my Ipad had the blutooth on. I had to turn that off it was interferring with the connection between my phone and watch. I would suggest turning off any other bluetooth other than the phone until you are fully connected

Hi, it works quite well on mine. The only issue at first was getting the music controls to work, but that's because the instructions aren't clear enough imo. Other than that, its my first smart watch and I'm enjoying it. Hope this helps.

I've heard mixed reviews of the versa being compatible with the note 8. Some note 8 users get it to work and some dont. Fitbit says note 8 isn't on their compatibility list of phones . I'm torn and dont know what to do?

Good morning, I was having problems connecting my versa with a Samsung note 8, but I got it to working with the bluetooth by turning the bluetooth on and off a few times. Both devices need to charging at the same time. If they get out of sync just repeat the steps. Good luck.

It really frustrated me too, but I took in to my carrier and they hook it up.

I got mine set up with Note 8 without any issues.  But, after a few days I started have sync issues.  It will sync several times and then for no reason, it stops.  Sometimes turning bluetooth on/off works, sometimes reseting versa helps, sometimes its cutting phone on/off.  I have had twice where I had to remove the app on the phone and reinstall.  Fitbit, Is this an issue that is being worked on?

Once I reset the Versa to factory it started working again.
