Versa with Huawei P20 Lite

Hi,

Anyone here who had success setting up their Versa to a Huawei P20 Lite running on Android 8.0 (oreo). I'm having problems setting up my versa, til I found that it's not listed from their supported phones; which I feel should be updated since majority of the phones are released a few years back...

I tried the fix, did not work.  What will help apparently is to instal an older version of the Fitbit app.  Apparently Fitbit made changes to their app in the latest version and that's the problem.  That's only what I have read on the Internet but will give it a try.

Hi, you have to uninstall the one you have and look for Fitbit version 2.85 on Play store. That's the one that I have installed cuttently, via a link that I saw on the internet after googling the problem. Mine is syncing now, dont know for how long.

uninstalled and reinstalled fitbit app from my huawei phone to ensure I got the latest version and versa now syncs properly.
