Hi, I've been trying to change my clockface to have a different theme and am unable to do it. I click on a selected picture through the fitbit mobile app and nothing happens. I've restarted my phone and the fitbit watch but still nothing happens. Hope someone can help. Many thanks:)

Hi @Paparella, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't change the clock face. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
After this, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help article when trying to change the clock face.

Best AnswerHi @JuanJoFitbit , thanks for your reply. I've been recovering from the common cold and have only just followed your instructions. Unfortunately I am unable to get the versa 2 working again at all. It doesnt worry me anymore about the clockfaces. All I really want is my versa 2 working again. How do I do that? I have tried pairing it again, even uninstalling the mobile app and re installing it again. Nothing works and nothing at all is displayed on the clock itself. Please help.

Best AnswerHi @Kkp21 thanks for your suggestion which I tried but unfortunately does not work. I did manage to get my versa 2 working again prior to your suggestion. Thank goodness it is working again so it doesn't matter anymore whether or not I can or cannot change the clock face. I must say though that considering I did the factory reset, everything that I had set on the versa prior to the reset was back as it was when I got it working again.
Best Answeri am very new to fitbit , and my versa was given to me, not only will my versa not change cloc faces but i cannot add/modify apps. i have reset to 'factory default' multiple times, uninstalled/reinstalled app on android phone and win 10 computer , and removed / re-added device (versa)..
any ideas?

sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your versa watch. I am experiencing exactly the same difficulties as you are and so far nobody has been able to help me. I pray and hope that soon enough someone might be able to help both of us out.
I feel that there must be a fault with these watches as they are rather sophisticated. A few years ago I was given the fitbit alta which is no longer available. That particular watch worked really well. Then I moved on to fitbit blaze which worked okay at first and then displayed problems with syncing. With Versa 2 it doesn't sync at all with win 10 unless I have my mobile phone nearby. So I firmly believe that the more features available on a watch, the more difficult it is to do things with it.

yes I tried changing clockfaces and apps with wifi turned off and still it does not work. Even the factory reset did not change things to a factory setting. Thanks for your suggestion anyway.
Best AnswerThat did nothing on my phone. I took off Wi-Fi and it still just sits there spinning in a little purple circle.
I see that with a watch and their water bottles. I just went back to old school and bought an older Fitbit water bottle because the other ones don't work quite like they're supposed to.
