Hi, ....
Bought Versa at duty free in Changi Airport ... June 2018.
Yesterday, get message battery low 26% ... put in charger by USB charger. It was working until 38% ... after few minute the level drop 0% ... charging still works but can not fill to Versa still 0%. Left in the new charger an nothing. Can't do a restart. What can I do now?

@Vijaj Try wiping the charging port on your Versa with some alcohol and putting in the charging dock for several hours. You can try different charging methods - outlet and USB port of your computer. If your tracker is still dead, I am afraid you will have to contact Customer Support as you might require a replacement device. Here's the link to Customer Support page.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. I was able to see here that our friend @Marrrmaduke provided some instructions in order to fix this problem. I've followed some instructions to fix this problem.
I've tried to clean up the charging port with alcohol, but the problem hasn't been resolved.
The charging dock works properly, the problem at Versa can not save battery power.
I tried the other Versa with same the charging dock can works properly.
Already contact PT. Mega Advans Teknologi in Jakarta, Indonesia as a distributor / reseller then they can not fix it.
How to solve this problem ...
