I charged my fitbit versa yesterday, it ran out again this afternoon
I've plugged it in and it wont charge, I've tried a couple of different plugs as well as a couple of different sockets but it's still not charging...

Have you tried cleaning the contacts on the back of the watch and charger base?

Yes, tried that 🙂
I think I might try leaving on charge overnight...

I tried that also but it didn’t help.
I know charger base works because it does charge our other Versa watch.
Emailed support and will post what they have to say once I hear back from them.

That’s what’s just happening to mine
Try resetting your Fitbit! Hold the left hand button and bottom right in together for 10 secs then let go and it will restart! It doesn’t lose any data!! X

When I do that the watch just displays 0% Battery which isn’t encouraging.
