Hello,
I have a trouble with my Versa watch, I was not using it for over a year and now it stuck on 0% charging for several hours.
Does anyone had the same issue?

Hi @IKolos - lithium batteries don't like being in a discharged state for a long time and can go to sleep.
You may not be able to wake it but try removing from charge and charging again multiple times, make sure it is not getting hot whilst charging and if so stop immediately.
It make take days to wake, if it does,.
Also press the button before charging to see if 0% appears. You may have to leave a week without charging first.
It could be also the watch had a fault when it was last used.

After several days on charger, hard reset and update to latest version it has charged to 13%, discharged to 9% and now stays at 9% while still showing that it is charging. Does anyone has a clue what is wrong with it and whether I can review it?
Best AnswerNothing worked, battery charged at some point to 11% and died. Will try to replace the battery.

@IKolos- as the watch is charging it may have an internal fault [which is draining it faster than it can charge, if it gets hot when charging stop immediately] so replacing the battery might not be the best option. It is not normally done and will ruin any water proofing and in your case may not even resolve the problem besides being quite costly if you can find someone to do it..
The more prudent solution would be to replace it with a new Versa 2 which is pretty compatible with what you have, is not too costly now and comes with a warranty.
