Versa won't charge

I was so excited to finally have a Fitbit I could get in the pool with. I have loved it for the past 10 months but very disappointed to report that after swimming last week I put it on the charger, when I took it off the charger the watch was warm but screen black and could not turn watch on.

@Seremichelle welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's stopped turning on and got hot after you took it out of the charger.
