I had my Fitbit Versa since Nov 2018. Earlier today it turned off and the Fitbit app says empty battery. I’ve tried charging it but nothing’s happening. It still won’t switch on. I have kept my watch in charging for more then 30 mins as per troubleshooting guide but nothing happens, has anyone managed to fix the issue?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.
