I’ve had my Versa for two years with no issues. Last week, I noticed it wasn’t charging. I chalked it up to a faulty charger and ordered a new one. In the meantime, the battery went completely to zero and I placed it on the charger just out of habit. The next day, it was fully charged. Went about a day or two wearing it, charging it while I shower and everything was fine. Yesterday, I noticed again that it wasn’t charging. Did a complete factory reset, deleted the device from my phone, reinstalled the device, placed it on a new charger and nothing. The charging icon shows that it’s charging yet the charge never increases. Any ideas?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
