Versa won't charge

As my Versa has a black screen, I figured it died. I put it on the charger overnight. Screen was still black in the morning when I took it off the charger, but the charger was warm like it was charging it. I tried to do the hard reset of holding the 3 buttons down.. didn't work. I took a look at the back of my Versa, and there isn't any lights blinking but it looks like one of the sensors may be broke? It's white.. what does that mean? Is my smart watch broke? How do I get the screen to come back on?Help!
