I have attempted to charge my Fitbit from dead, over night. When I double tap the screen whilst it’s on the charging dock it says it’s charging, the battery icon is animated in moving up but it has not moved up from 0% in over 24hours.
I have tried to hold all buttons in - nothing happens. Tried to sync on app - doesn’t work.
Can anyone provide advice?
