My versa - purchased in March of this year - will not charge. It's been on the charger for 24 hrs. Battery still shows 0%. The usb outlet I am using works fine as I have checked it with another device. I cannot do a soft restart - still get 0 battery. I have tried a hard reset and the screen flashes the 0% and goes black then flashes white and goes black then flashes the battery screen and on the cycle goes. My app says battery empty. I have cleaned the charging ports on both the watch and the charger. I am not an "active" person, meaning I don't think I'm very hard on it. I take it off to wash dishes, shower etc. I think there may be an issue with the battery at this point. My phone is a Google Pixel - although I don't think that ahs anything to do with why it won't charge.

Hi @REL2016, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you but I'm here to get you back on track. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply.
