Hello,
I tried to connect my Versa 2 to the charger and nothing is happening. It has been sitting on the charger for hours at this point and there's no light or anything to indicate it's charging. I tried holding down the button and that also did nothing. I also tried all the steps in the support questions (cleaning the device, changing the USB cable) and still nothing happens.
I love my Fitbit, appreciate your help!
