Phone has been charging all day and still 0% charged.
Any ideas?

Check the 4 pins on your charger, that they are all equally prominent. Its a known issue that some chargers are faulty.
If its faulty get a replacement. Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
