Versa won’t charge

Hi. My versa died while i was wearing it.  I got home plugged it in and it showed the battery charging.  When I went back the screen was blank and now it won’t charge at all.

Hello @Mmarchitto 

Although you described your Versa as dead can you try to restart your Versa. Just hold down the button until you see the Fitbit Logo. It’s certainly worth a try. If your Versa continues to be completely unresponsive I’d suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
I’m hopeful a restart will help but if not hopefully Fitbit Customer Service can get things sorted out quickly.

I was hoping a restart might work @Mmarchitto but a total unresponsive Versa definitely needs Fitbit Customer Service attention. I’m hoping they get things sorted out for you quickly. 😉
