My Versa stopped connecting and syncing in the app in my Iphone few days ago and none of the known troubleshooting tricks help. I’d rather not to factory reset on my Versa because half a year ago I had to switch it out by warranty because it got stuck on it. Any ideas what I should do to fix my issue and be able to fully use my Versa again?

I agree about the factory reset - my view is that should only be done as a last resort under the instruction of customer support.
At the risk of suggesting what you have already tried, here's what usually works for me:

I started trying to go through with your tips but when i made my iPhone forget my Versa it wasnt available as a Bluetooth connection as a possible connection. Now i’ve tried restarting both versa and my phone and unistalling the fitbit app and when I enter it offers to set up my Versa, but nothing happens after it.... Any ideas what to do in this case?
