Versa won’t connect with iPhone

A couple of days ago I noticed the time on my versa was wrong when the alarm didn’t go off. It then synced itself and worked fine that day. The next night, I woke up at 2 am and noticed the versa said 1 am. I tried to sync it through the app, but it said the versa couldn’t be found. Since then I have restarted the app, restarted my versa, restarted my iPhone 7, deleted all other Bluetooth devices, removed the versa from the Fitbit app to re add it and still I can’t pair  it to my phone. Any other advice?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
