Hi, today my versa won't count my calories while working out, all the rest is correct but the calories have stayed at 0.
I tried to do the basic troubleshooting (closing app, log out, turn off my versa) and nothing has worked. Also it said that my versa is up to date, so I really don't get the issue the only different thing I did is that yesterday night I switched to premium, could it be that?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't count your calories. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums. Regarding your question, the Premium service should not affect the calories tracking.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
