Having two issues
1 Fitbit does not hold a charge. I have read the forums where is says to restart the Fitbit and do a factory reset and none of these have fixed my problem.
2 Now the Versa screen is barely readable and the screen fades in and out. My Versa is only 8 months old. My charge 3 lasted three years and never had an issue. I am very disappointed with this device for the money I paid. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
3 After another factory reset my Fitbit app says it is not connected to the Fitbit even though the Bluetooth is connected.

@VinceD72 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't hold a charge and the display fades in and out. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Versa.
Regarding the screen issues, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if it shows your stats properly.

I have tried both of these in the past per the review of other message boards similar people have had in the past. Battery doesn't last more than a few hours and the screen is not legible.
