Versa won't hold a charge

Ever since the last update that Fitbit sent out my versa wont hold charge.  It used to last 3-4 days, now it barley keeps 12 hours, definitely does not make 24 hours.  This is HIGHLY disappointing. 

 

I bought this last year and it has never worked 100% the GPS on it is terrible and it never syncs with my snapchat properly.  I would to ditch it and get a better brand but at $250 I wasted on this one I can afford another one.  I would love to contact Fitbit instead of this forum, but I cant find a direct contact as I don't have a Twitter account.  I am beyond frustrated!

Hi @AbcdJar, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the battery issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, I appreciate your time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
