Versa won’t pair with iPhone x

Please help. I can’t get my versa to pair with my iPhone X. It was working fine until Tuesday. I’ve tried everything from restarting the versa. Factory reset to turning Bluetooth off and on. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I thought it was my phone. However I was able to pair my Alta with no problems.

Hi, maybe the guide I wrote to upgrade to the newest version of the Firmware might be helpfull for you, as you will get the newest version. It's using WiFi instead of BT. See: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t.... Good luck!!

Hi, you probably marked accidentally your own post as a marked solution, but this is not the solution. You can undo this by pressing the three dots in your first post and scroll down to "this is not the solution" and mark the right answer as an accepted solution, e.g. the last one I posted or the one I posted to use my guide.
