Hi I am on my second versa after the first one was replaced under warranty. The device will not power on after dying this morning. I was running (and knew I had a good 70% of charge) in some light rain but thought little of a potential issue at the time. I usually leave on charge daily whilst showering to top up the battery level and I an never usually caught out by low power. As I tried to power on I noticed it was warm to the touch and would not respond. I have tried different power outlet and googled and tried all known fixes, but to no avail. Please help.
I know, I am going to get a replacement. The time will always be two hairs past a freckle till I get the new one ☹️
Best AnswerThe exact same thing happened to me 3 days ago. It was fully charged and after swimming the screen went blank and I cannot power it back on. I followed all steps to restart and it still won't work. It is not even 2 years old!
Best AnswerThis is my 4th Fitbit. They never last over a year for me. My Versa is 8 months old. The “won’t start” issue has happened twice now. Called support and they offered me 35% off a new one since my warranty is expired. Why would I buy another Fitbit when I keep having the same issue? Crazy, disappointing.... I’ll spend my money with Apple before I buy Fitbit again.
