Hi everyone
I am not receiving any notifications on my Fitbit Versa special edition. The notifications are switched on on the app on my phone but there is a message that says: 'Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker.' I have restarted my phone numerous times and also switched it off and on again but nothing has worked. Can someone please help me?
