I am no longer receiving alerts from my phone like text. I tried everything and restarted everything. I don’t have twitter so my only other option is to call and I would rather not.

Hi @Niknak642 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Yes and in the past I have gotten notifications. I got one on April 20. That was my last one. It works off and on. I have an iPhone.

Welcome to the Forums @Niknak642 and @NellyG thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue before contacting us. I recommend taking a look at the help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provided there.

This has happened to me too since about 3 or 4 days ago... Since then it was working on and off.... Then new update happened with the beta and it was working flawlessly... Now there's no notifications now 😞

This is happening to my Versa too for the past few days. I have tried all of their recommendations but still not working and yet my Alta watch is still receiving notifications. Looks like my Versa No. 2 is faulty too. Will have to contact Fitbit to sort this out. Not a happy bunny!
