Versa won't respond

It is the second time my Versa has stopped working. First time, more than one year ago, Fitbit replaced the unit and just yesterday after a recharge my Versa stopped working again.

I can reset the unit, it restarts and the screen turns on normally but after few seconds slowly disappear with a kind of shadowing effect. If a try to get again the screen it doesn't show up, even if the Versa is still giving sign to be alive. The watch is fully charged. Can you help on this matter?

@Massimo29 hmm that doesn't sound like a healthy versa. do you have the latest firmware and app updates?

Thank you for your reply. I received just 2 days ago the information that a
new update is available. But I tried to download it but the Versa turn off
before I can made it.
I really don't know what happened, recently I have been using it only to
monitor sleeping. The day before yesterday I weared the versa at night and
yesterday morning I found the Versa at 0% battery. I put undercharge but
never turn on regularly after that. I was able to reset the screen turn on
but after few seconds it disappeared with shadowing effect.
