Versa won’t show notifications

Hi, my versa has stopped sending me notifications when I get calls, texts, snapchats, email, etc. I have tried to reset it, delete and download the app again, reset all my notification setting, and more. I am very frustrated!

It could be you enabled Do not disturb or sleep

On the watch

Swipe down once from the very top

It will show your notifications

Swipe down again from the very top

Click on the two white bars to get to Quick Settings

Make sure the 2 top icons are greyed out

I have the same! I struggle with this for months. I hate this watch and thinking about making complaint I have versa 2)
