Hi there, @Tambradsg @Destiny12. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa smartwatches. @Guy_ Thanks for your input!
Please keep in mind that your watches may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If you're running into syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

This seems like a common issue possibly after the firmware update.
It is important to sync the watch with the phone to set the time right. It may be necessary to shutdown the watch, wait 10 seconds and then place on the charger and sync for the time setting to work.
If the watch loses time when in between syncs which it wasn't doing before this probably indicates a bug in the firmware update.

Hi @Destiny12 - swipe left on the watch, till you see settings, tap on it, at the bottom tap on About, at the bottom Shutdown. Wait 10 seconds for 10 seconds for it to complete.
Place on the charger should start it.
