Versa won't swipe up to show stats

I just did the update on my versa, now it wont swipe up to show my stats. I restarted it and it still won't swipe up? Help!

I have the same problem. I got an email saying that they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it...

Ughhhh....thank you for letting me know. Hopefully it's not like the problem with the cals left, my tile count differs from my stats page. Been waiting on the getting fixed for over a year now....

I am having the same problem.

Posted a message in the Versa Firmware Release about this problem and also stated that at this very moment updating to the new version is not the way to go.

I am having the same problem. Doing a live chat with someone to see if it can be fixed. I did a factory reset on it too. So annoying

I have the same issue & so far no news of how it is going to be fixed, i would definitely not recommend  updating to the new Firmware though- GRRRR:

Thanks for this, however I was already in the middle of a hard reset which also seems to have worked though now had to restore all my settings😪😪
