Versa won't switch off

Yesterday, my Versa screen started switching on by itself and not switching off. Result battery dies in hours. Have rebooted. To no effect. It's sitting on the table with screen on. If I press LH button it goes off but switches back on immediately. Screen timout set to 10s and wrist movement is now off. It's now useless 😕 Any ideas? Ps latest update applied last week

It could be an issue with the clock face you are using - try to change to another clock face or a Fitbit one to see if it resolves the problem.

Thanks will give that a try. I've just spotted that it started after an app update and doesn't start immediately but possibly after first phone sync. More experiments required 🙁

Thanks ... reinstalling the clockface seems to have done the trick 😀

Oh dear, spoke too soon 😞 Changing watch face has stopped the screen remaining on but battery drain is still an issue. Now less than 2 days (was 4 before). Looks like a factory reset 😞

Hi Mark

Don't do a factory reset.

There have been issues with the Fitbit App and battery drain.

First do a watch Shutdown and place on the charger to restart and fully charge.

Restart phone and sync.

Also use a standard Fitbit clock face to see how it goes and check the usual battery issues
