Help, my Fitbit Vera that I love just stopped working yesterday. I’ve tried charging it, and tried the factory reset but it does nothing,

I bought it in Oct 2018 and am missing it already ☹️

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Hi, I’ve tried this several times and the screen is still black, it does nothing
