Hi All my Fitbit Versa just switches off at random times even though it will have around 75% battery life. It then refuses to switch on. This has happened around 4 times in the past 2 weeks and the most recent being this morning. Up until now it refuses to switch on even when i try to factory reset it. Please can someone assist.

Hi @AdyG, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't switch on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I tried all of the above still no luck. The fitbit does not vibrate when put on the charger and i have tried all troubleshooting steps.
