Versa won't sync after installing a Windows 10 update

Prior to installing a Windows 10 update my Versa Lite synced perfectly.  Since the update it will not sync at all.  I have tried all of the suggested fixes, but my PC cannot locate the Versa Lite.

However, I would like to follow up on the syncing issues that your Versa is experiencing with your PC after installing a Windows 10 update. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end and providing the same information, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Also, let me know if you get any error message when your watch tries to sync with your PC.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I finally sorted it out.  I set up a separate PC and synced my Versa so I would not lose my activity.  Then I removed my Versa from the original PC where I could not sync it, and re-installed it on the second PC.  After re-installation on the second PC, it worked ok on the first PC.  All good now.

@nowlie I'm sorry for the late reply. I'm so glad to hear about the great news and I'd like to thank you for sharing the workaround that helped you to get your Versa set up. I'm pretty sure that this will help other users that experience the same issue.
