After updating my phone to iOS 13, I noticed that my Versa was not syncing to the app on my phone so I completely turned it off and turned my phone off. Turned the phone back on but the Versa will not turn on now. The battery was at 64%. I've been charging it and trying to turn it on by pressing the buttons on the left and lower right, but it's completely dead. Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the steps tried to get your Versa working again. You did a good job and let's work on this together! Although you've tried troubleshooting your watch, I'd recommend to give a try to the following:

Lizzy, thank you so much for answering my post. I tried the things you mentioned and did an online chat last night with Customer support and still no joy. I've ordered a brand new Versa 2. The original Versa would have been two this April. It had a good run, and I can't be without one now!

You're not going to believe this, but today I tried again to restart my Versa and it started right away when I pressed the two buttons and showed 0 percent charged. Set it in the charger and now it's charged and working normally. I guess I'll be sending that Versa 2 straight back (it hasn't even arrived yet)!

I would say, don't lose hope and try and restart it each day. If mine can spontaneously come back to life after 3 days maybe yours will too.

Mine has been since the 11th and just got booted off a chat with customer service where they only wanted to get another sale from me with a discount off a tracker or LT product. Maybe I should look at the apple watch going forward.
