My Versa won’t sync and is the wrong time (now also 40 minutes slow). I am using a new iPhone X and it synced fine this morning. I have shut off my Fitbit, logged out of the app and deleted the app. Anyone else having this problem?

if it synched fine in the morning then you may need to do a simple reset of your versa and repair it with your phone's bluetooth.

I am having the same issue only my Fitbit is not syncing up with the app. My time is constantly off and I am having to reset everything at least twice a day. Is there another solution that I can do?
I am curious if you were able to fix your versa light? I’m having the same problem right now. I’ve got an iPhone seven. It is decided not to sync And now the time keeps skipping all over the place. I woke up this morning and it was an hour and 10 minutes behind, I charged it and went back to normal and now throughout the day it’s lost 35 minutes again.
Best AnswerSame issue for me too. The time is out by around 40 mins and won’t sync. I’ve reset it and recharged it and it works and then it’s gone back wrong again. Third time today. Have contacted Fitbit for support.
Best AnswerMy husband's is doing the same thing and he has tried everything he can think of. He did a factory reset on the watch and now he can't get the watch set up again because his phone can't find the watch through the Bluetooth. We thought it might be a problem with his phone so I tried setting it up on my phone and we had the same problem.
