Just bought a Versa, have windows 10, existing fitbit account, on pc. Device is paired to pc in the settings. But won't sync. What is the next step?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Please select the tab "Trackers and Watches" then select the link for "Windows 10 Computer" in order to follow the correct steps. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it sync with your PC properly.
