Versa won't sync to iPhone 8

Versa not syncing...not keeping the correct time...not connecting to WiFi...connected to iPhone 8 and software is up to date

I have the same problem!!

My watch is not keeping time accurately for 4 days.

I have factory reset the Fitbit I have reinstalled the app

I have updated the app

I have changed clock faces.. I've tried everything to keep the time accurate.

I have a Samsung s8 up to date with Wi-Fi and internet

Thank you for your post...I have an iPhone 8 software is up to date...I put both on charge overnight and the time is perfect in the morning but throughout the day the watch looses time and when I try to sync its not connected...I had this problem before and seemingly Fit had a problem with Apple...

Hello there @fortfield27, welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you for reporting this and for taking the time to troubleshoot the syncing difficulties on your Versa prior to posting here. Nice way to go! 

Please follow the troubleshooting instructions suggested by our engineering team in order to resolve this issue:

1. Go into your phone's Bluetooth menu
2. Tap on the icon next to your Fitbit device
3. Press Forget this device
4. Re-open the Fitbit app and re-bond your device

Still trying to sort out the problem!! Versa won’t connect to WiFi...been through the whole procedure connect to tracker then won’t connect to WiFi...at my wits end
