Okay. I have had this Versa a few months. Love it. Until yesterday. Shortly after midnight it all the sudden stopped syncing to my phone. I have don’t everything short of buying a new Fitbit at this point.
I have turned on and off both phone and Versa. Factory reset both phone and Versa. Deleted app and reinstalled. I got it to start syncing once yesterday and it quit half way through and my phone cannot find it all now. I kept it on thinking at some point maybe it will work. And the Versa isn’t keeping time (was like 20 minutes off then when I woke up was like 4 hours off) and still will not connect to my phone or the app. My phone is connecting via Bluetooth to speakers and car just fine.
Versa is current at factory reset again.
I’d really love whatever help I can get because this is super frustrating. And since this Versa is only a few months old I’m not very happy right now.
