I traveled to the East Coast and my Versa adjusted to local time (just like my phone).  However, When I returned I cannot get it to synch to Pacific time. Help!

@MJP118 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the time change issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, sync your Fitbit device and see if the time zone gets corrected.

Hope this helps.

I restarted my Fitbit and then synched with my phone, but the time did not
adjust to the (correct time) on my phone. What other options do I have?

Thanks

@MJP118 Thank you for getting back. Since the issue persists, please try setting up your watch from scratch, as a new device and see if the issue gets fixed.

See you alter.

I’m not sure what is meant by set-up from scratch. I’m traveling and don’t have time to figure it out.

I am having this same issue and it seems to only have been since the latest update to the tracker. I don’t want to have to set it up as a new device bc I’ll lose all data. I would highly recommend that you look into finding a fix for this bug bc I believe it’s in the software.
