my Versa will only sync steps and calories. t won’t show active minutes and my recorded workout. Also I’ve synced several times today and says my last sync was last night. I’ve had the Versa for a week and it hasn’t been pleasant with the setup and sync problems.

Best AnswerHi, my versa was syncing fine, but stopped for some reason. My last sync was almost 6 days ago. Not sure how to get it working with my phone again (Galaxy Note 8). I may have to drop it and pair it again. It was doing so well since I got it as a first day order. When I try to get my phone to sync, it tries for half a second and just puts up a red exclamation point. With my old HR it would at least try for several seconds before giving up. It is as if it doesn't think the Versa is nearby.

A warm welcome to the Community @bigbyrd1879 and @bkeller great to see you around.
I appreciate all the effort in trying to fix this issue. If you are experiencing syncing issues with your watches, I recommend following the instructions in the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? help article.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()
Best AnswerI finally gave up and just unpaired and re-paired them. Now the sync is working again. It seemed to sync only data from the past 24 hours or so and I thought I lost the data from the prior 5 days, but today I see info for those days too. Mysterious. Not sure what made it stop syncing, but it seemed to occur a few days after I switched cell phone service companies. My car also would not work after that until I re-paired with the car, then I could again make hands-free calls. My Versa continues to sync fine for a couple days after the switch to AT&T, so I'm not sure if that was the culprit. On the website dashboard I see steps, stair floors climbed, active minutes and miles; there are also charts and sleep info, so I can definitely tell it is syncing again. Hopefully this continues to work.
