Versa won't sync

So I got this Fitbit a few days ago and it will not sync, nor will it allow me to change the clock time which is incorrect or let me change its face.

 

I have removed all other sync items from Bluetooth, rebooted countless times, checked instructions, etc., yet nothing is working, it's quite frustrating especially as I'm getting notifications on my phone to tell me it's syncing yet when I go on the app nothing is stored and tells me last sync was days ago.

It's great to see you around @Jackiecs and @NellyG thanks for the input.

 

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
