Woke up this am and my Versa won't sync, for some reason it show calories burned now (lower than actual shown on watch) and everything else shows zero. No info or sleep, steps etc. I have tried syncing it by changing settings to "sync now" but that doesn't work either. It starts the sync "spin icon" on the upper left of iPhone screen and then stops. The actual watch seems to be working fine, tracked my workout this am, shows steps, calories etc. It shows a green battery next to the pic of the Versa. Help please!

@MSW67 I'm assuming it worked just fine before. Try rebooting your iPhone and rebooting Versa by holding left and bottom right buttons together until Fitbit logo flashes. Once you see the watch face on your versa, open the Fitbit mobile app on your phone and sync.

Hey @MSW67, welcome to the Community and @Marrrmaduke thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the syncing issue you are experiencing and recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. Also, check if your phone is a compatible mobile device.
