My Versa suddenly stopped syncing. After I reset it will no longer connect to the app. Any fixes?

Best Answer@Donnab05 I am happy it works, Donna! I recommend the whole procedure in the beginning, but when my Versa decides to misbehave I usually just forget it in the bluetooth settings, reboot phone and Versa and sync again. No re-install of Fitbit mobile app needed. I am on Android tho.
I'm new to the fitbit world, so still learning 😊 I also have an Android phone. My fitbit stopped syncing yesterday after doing an update so I done a factory reset and it just wouldn't connect so I checked the help Forum and found your instructions so thank you again
