Versa won't sync

After repeated posts /updates and HOURS wasted on simply trying to get the app to reliably sync to a versa in the past, recent app versions had worked well........

Until yesterday.

Now with v2.9.2, I have just spent an hour and 20% of my phone battery, re-installing, clearing data , deleting connections, restarting devices and reconnecting.

This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Poor software development and deployment control. I hope senior company execs read this.

Thankyou for taking an interest.

After a series of app uninstalls, cache clearing, re-installs and versa restarts, I fianlly got it all going again (a couple of dats data lost).

IE Fixed by me, but it shouldn`t have to do this.

@Digit01 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issues you've experienced with your Fitbit Versa. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like to follow up and would like to now what is the brand and model of your phone. Also, let me know if you get an error message while your Versa tries to sync your data.

Looking forward to your response! 😀
