My versa stopped keeping time.....I re started it, uninstalled and reinstalled the app both on my pc and phone. I ended up doing a factory reset and now it doesn't do anything. The fitbit logo is now white. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any suggestions? I'm pretty much over it and ready to take a hammer to it. Ughhh.
Ughh why do people do the very last step that should be try in the start.
Your tracker is back to factory reset.
Have you removed the tracker from both the BT on the phone and PC.
Let's forget the PC, you can not setup through the PC.
Have you done a restart since doing the factory reset?
You may want to try the factory reset again, this may fix the white screen if the restart fails
The troubleshooting steps?
At what step does the setup fail?
Any error messages?
What phone?

Best AnswerThe reason the watch had the wrong time was because of a sync issue. A factory reset will usually only add more problems.
Best AnswerI have the same issue. Have also contacted Fitbit support twice. Both times been told to uninstall and reinstall App, switch off bluetooth, do a factory reset. At one point it did work, but only for 6 hours...verse time wrong, wont sync. Last synced over 24 hours ago. Had this syncing issue before, but not losing time before. Embarrassing...I was very late for an appointment yesterday and didn't realise. I'm so over Fitbit and I used to love mine!
Hi exactly the same for me so frustrating my versa 2 synchs after resetting but only for minutes and I have to go through same process again I even did web chat with customer support works initially but then stopped syncing.

Best Answer@Lindylou106 the tracker and phone, only need to be within 50+ feet, depending on the environment.
@Shepgirl maybe there is an issue with the timezone if the watch is off by hours, not minutes.
