I have tried all of the DIY troubleshooting on the website to get my Versa to sync to my phone. Nothing works! The only thing I haven't tried is a hard reset to my tracker. Help!

May I ask about which phone, the source of the problem, that you have?
Not kniwkno what has been tried
Turn phones bluetooth off
Remove the Versa from the phones bluetooth
Restart phone
Restart tracker
Shit doesn't phone
Shutdown tracker
If Android then clear the Fitbit's app cache
Clear Bluetooth cache

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you keep having syncing problems? Have you tried the instructions provided by our friend?

@LDouglas5 are you having a sync problem as the subject is about, or is it something setup problem.
The tracker first has to be setup before it will sync.

I bought a versa for my wife last year. I was able to sync it once after that I try all the f...in Youtube video all the step on fitbit That is the worst type of fitness tracking device I ever seen . I had 2 other watch before from fitbit I didn't learn cause I bought that versa piece of ..
did any body else able to sync it .
My next step is the hammer.
I have a Garmin and a Samsung smart watch never had anny problem with the sync.
