Versa won't sync

Having issues with sync. Feel like I've tried everything from uninstalling the app, reset my phone several times, restarted my versa several times, just can't think of anything else to do, has been like this since late Sunday night. Need help.

One thing that has worked for me before now is to "forget" the link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.

I've also been having problems trying to sync my versa. Mine keeps saying tracker not found and I've googled and googled, restarted phone, forgot bluetooth etc, deleted my old charge from the account, signed in/out etc etc and it still wont sync. Sometimes wish I hadn't upgraded as I had no problems with my charge 2 at all 😣

I really can't understand it, I've been told my device is not on the
support list, but was working fine up till Sunday just gone. Still won't
snyc or make it self viable on Bluetooth, but had no issues repairing the
fitbit blaze, which I did the other day as temporary measure. Thought this
might even help with pairing the versa, but sadly it did not.

All the above solutions did not work, few days later had total failure of versa device, would not charge or turn on. Made the decision to replace as it was still under warranty. Hence in some way now problem solved with a new device.
