Versa won't sync

My Versa was been stating no device found when trying to sync so I haven't recieved texts or calls. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it but the problem remains I've had it 2 months and I swear it's been more trouble than it's worth. To be honest had less problems and better quality of service from my Charge 2... Please if possible... tell me how to rectify this problem. Thank you

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your  phone.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue.

 

In order to resolve the notifications issue, please follow the steps that this help page contains.
