Versa won't sync

My versa hasn’t synced since Thursday 16th July. I’ve tried hard starting it and can’t get it to sync. The time is also wrong on my device and is over an hour and 20mins slow

Hi there @EM851, thanks for stopping by and reporting the syncing difficulties you've started having between your Versa and mobile phone. Also, thanks for the steps you've tried so far, I'll be glad to further assist you with this. 

  1. Please go into your phone's Bluetooth menu > tap on the icon next to their Fitbit device > and Press Forget this device
  2. From there you can re-establish your Bluetooth connection between the Versa and app by opening your Fitbit app and pulling down on the screen to force a manual sync. From there the system notification for Bluetooth pair authorization should appear, tap pair.
