Hi, I bought my Fitbit Versa in July. I only charge when the battery icon comes up, it has never gone off due to being flat.

It is currently still on but when I connect to the charger it will not charge, I have tried restarting it but no luck.

Any suggestions?

@Iconic welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa sins it won't charge when you put it on the charger. By the way, thank you for trying the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest of the steps. After this, put the watch on the charger for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge.
