Versa won't track my Active Zone Minutes accurately

I have walked quite fast, huffing and puffing even, trying to get my Versa’s active minutes to register…. Only 21 Active Minutes registered after  2 hours straight of walking!  Typical for me is FAR more Active Minutes.  What to do?
